NAMPO VEHICLE DEMONSTRATIONS

IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to be a passenger in any vehicle which may participate in demonstration activities at Nampo Park during the 2026 Nampo Harvest Day, organised by Nampo (Pty) Ltd and Grain South Africa (collectively “the Organisers”), I, the undersigned, HEREBY:

1. Acknowledge being aware that being a passenger in any vehicle that may participate in demonstration activities at Nampo Park may hold the possibility of damage to property, physical injuries, including loss of life, and I understand and accept that my voluntary participation as passenger in any vehicle is at own risk and for which I accept responsibility.
2. Irrevocably waive, relinquish and abandon all claims of any nature whatsoever which I may have against the Organisers, arising out of my participation as vehicle passenger in any demonstration activities at Nampo Park, for loss or damage to property, personal injury or loss of life, howsoever caused.
3. Acknowledge that this waiver of liability and Indemnity shall bind me personally, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
4. Acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily sign this release waiver of liability and indemnity, and further understand that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from this document have been made.
5. Declare that I also hereby assume liability under and in terms of this waiver of liability and indemnity for or on behalf of my minor children who may be passengers in any vehicle that may participate in demonstration activities at Nampo Park.
