Graduate In-Training
As one of the key entry points for high-potential future leaders, the programme builds the basis for developing both leadership talent and technical specialists. It is tailored to support IMSAf’s future needs by focusing on core competencies, strengthening the talent pipeline and creating opportunities for long-term career placement within the business.
The program runs over a 24-month-period from February of every second year. Recruitment is done between August to November.
Youth Employment Services (YES)
Through the YES Programme, we aim to build provide participants aged 18 to 35 with a valuable 12-month workplace experience while also building a future talent pipeline. Learners gain first-hand exposure to a large corporate environment while developing practical skills that enhance their employability.
Since launching our first YES Programme intake in 2020, IMSAf has proudly recruited 276 trainees, investing in the leaders of tomorrow.
In-Service Training
A joint effort between government through liaison with MerSETA and the private sector, Isuzu Motors South Africa’s Inservice Training focuses on building skills in Electrical, Mechanical, and Industrial Engineering.
This programme is a collaboration between various stakeholders and is founded upon these building blocks: career development, knowledge, practical and workplace training. In the previous years, ISUZU has taken a significant number of students through this programme which takes 12 months to complete.
