Isuzu High Mileage Club Competition Terms and Conditions

The competition runs from August 2011 – November 2011.
The competition is open to all South African citizens 18 years and older, except directors, members, partners, employees, agents, service providers and consultants of General Motors South Africa and / or their spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, sisters, business partners or associates.
This competition is open to all South African citizens who are the rightful owners of an Isuzu bakkie.
Winners will be notified by General Motors South Africa once the competition has closed and winners have been selected.
General Motors South Africa and its agents accept no responsibility for any problems associated with the fulfilment of these prizes, or any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or corrupted entries.
General Motors South Africa and its agents are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any consequences of user error.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
General Motors South Africa and its agents will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prize awards.
Entrants will have deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to bound by them on entering the competition.
General Motors South Africa and its agents reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
Grand Prize: travel prize of their choice to the value of R100,000
This prize is not transferable for cash. Once the winner is announced, he/she will be given the opportunity to choose the type of travel and the timing for the travel. The winner will be advised regarding what can and what can't be done given the budget. The winner will be given 12 months to claim the prize i.e. within calendar year 2012
Second Prizes: Second prize winners will win either a travel voucher from SA Parks, a day for themselves and 12 friends at the Isuzu Off Road Academy, an Outdoor Warehouse voucher. Each prize valued at R25 000. Regarding the travel voucher prize option, once the winner is announced, he/she will be given the opportunity to choose the type of travel (destination within SA borders) and the timing for the travel. The winner will be advised regarding what can and what can't be done given the budget. Number of people to travel will be up to the winner. The winner will be given 12 months to claim the prize i.e. within calendar year 2012. None of the prizes are transferable for cash.
Third Prizes: Prize to be claimed before 30 June 2012 and a minimum of 30 days notice to be given by prize-winner re dates for travel.
Third prize winners win either one of five Isuzu Off Road Academy vouchers valued at R2000 or two Off Road Academy clothing kits up, each to the value of R1 000, or two Off Road Academy recovery bags, each valued at R1 500, or a weekend trip with the Off Road Academy for a family of four, valued at R10 000. The weekend trip will take place in the same province as the winners, (ORA has the right to choose the venue) will be for two nights and three days, and will be for a maximum of two adults and two children. All accommodation, meals and transfers are included in prize (the cost of getting the vehicles to the destination and Driving Dynamics time will be paid for in addition to the R10,000 prize). Driving Dynamics will make all arrangements for the winner/travel/logistics/bookings etc. None of these prizes are transferable for cash.
Prize for the oldest Isuzu - Nedbank petrol card valued at R25,000, a letter will be presented to the winner with terms and conditions that explains the prize. The winner will then need to go to their nearest Nedbank branch with FICA documents (ID, Proof of Residence), Nedbank will verify the information and load the card with R 25 000. The card will then be enabled for use.
None of the above prizes are transferable for cash.
